From an environmental aspect, all our pieces are made to order to avoid waste of raw materials, which also enables you to receive your pieces in their best condition.

• All of our items are made to order which will require 21 working days for production.
• We use USPS as our general shipping.
• Always free shipping for orders within the United States. For international orders, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
• We will send you the USPS tracking number after we send out the package.

NOTE: Delivery time = processing time + shipping time

Two shipping methods are available in our online store (General Shipping, and Expedited Shipping).

General Shipping

• Domestic (United States) Shipping Time: 5-7 Business Days after processing/production time
• Free shipping for orders within the United States
• Other Regions Shipping Time: 5-7 Business Days after processing/production time
• General shipping fee out of the United States: $40

Expedited Shipping

• Domestic (United States) Shipping Time: 2-3 Business Days after processing/production time
• Expedited shipping fee within the United States: $70
• Other Regions Shipping Time: 3-5 Business Days after processing/production time
• Expedited shipping fee out of the United States: $100

About Taxes & Duties
No customs duties are paid on shipments sent from all of our warehouses. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties would be charged once the package arrives in the destination country. These charges, if any, must be paid by the customer. If the customer refuses to accept the package due to import duties or taxes, they will assume full responsibility for all return shipping, customs fees, and handling charges.

Overview

We want you to be happy with your purchase. For whatever reason you are not satisfied, we are here to assist.

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you received your item(s), we will not offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, and it must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of items are not refundable:

• Items customized to your requirements
• Items with engraving
• Items damaged caused by your improper use
• Items losses caused by incomplete delivery addresses
• Items not returned within 30 days of receipt

Order Cancellation Before Shipping

Generally, all items will be sent into production within 12 hours after we receive the payment. Therefore, for cancellations after 24 hours of the purchase time, we will charge a workforce fee and material recycling fee. Please refer to the following table for specific rates:

Order Changes Before Shipping

After placing your order, please review the confirmation email carefully, including metal color, stone type/size/weight, and ring size. If you notice any issues, contact us immediately so we can assist. If you need to change your item 48 hours after placing your order, there will be a 15% fee based on the order amount to cover materials and labor, along with the additional price difference if any.

Returns & Refunds

Notice: Please be aware that our items are made to order – which means we only produce after you place your order. If the item(s) has no quality problems, we will charge a 35% restocking fee (composed of a workforce fee and material recycling fee) for the refunds & returns upon receipt.

Please follow these terms when refunding:

• Please contact us at service@lisajewelryus.com to submit your refund request.
• Our return and exchange policy does not apply to unique, accidental, or random damage due to use or wear and tear.
• Customized items, such as sizes marked as a custom size, changes to the stones, personalized engravings, added custom curvature services, and other purchaser-requested modifications, are non-refundable.
• Items sent to you as Replacement/Exchange are not refundable.
• Such returns are at all times governed by the provisions of the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act of the U.S.
• All decisions made by LisaJewelryUS are final.

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection.

If approved, a refund will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Returns & Exchanges

If you would like to change items for personal reasons, please refer to the following rules:

• Our items are made to orders according to the customer’s choice of ring size, metal material, metal color, etc., so if customers want to exchange or return the product for non-quality issues, we are required to charge a restocking fee of 35% for the purchase price. After the restocking fee is deducted, the remaining is available as store credit.
• An order can only be exchanged one time.
• If the value of the exchanged item(s) is higher than your store credit, you will be required to pay the price difference.
• If the value of the exchanged item(s) is less than your store credit, there will be no refund.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please contact us at service@lisajewelryus.com for the return address.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs when returning your item if the item(s) do not have quality issues. If your address is out of the United States the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

NOTICE: Please use a trackable shipping service when you return the item(s), we do not process returns without a tracking number.

This warranty policy outlines the terms and conditions of our commitment to you, giving clear guidelines on how we handle warranty claims and what you can expect from us.

Free Warranty Coverage

• If the center stone becomes dislodged, please save it carefully and take it to your local jeweler for repair. We will reimburse the cost up to $100 upon receipt of the invoice or receipt.
• If the center stone falls off and is lost, you will be required to pay 30% of your order amount to obtain a new center stone from us. We do not provide free replacement center stones. Please have the new stone set by your local jeweler, and we will cover the repair cost up to $100 after the invoice or receipt is provided. This reimbursement is available for one instance only.
• If any side stones fall off, we will provide replacement side stones free of charge for the first occurrence of damage or loss. Please have your local jeweler set the new stones. We will cover the cost up to $100 upon receipt of the invoice or receipt. This reimbursement is available for one instance only.
• If the prongs of your ring become loose, please have them tightened by your local jeweler. We will reimburse the cost up to $50 upon receipt of the invoice or receipt. This reimbursement is available for one instance only.

The above measures are intended to avoid further damage during shipping and prevent delays in returning your piece. However, if your local jewelers charge too much or are unable to repair the piece, please send it back to us.

These guidelines cover common situations. For special cases, we will handle them individually as they arise.
