Overview

We wish you to be happy with your purchase, and we apologize if it is not. For whatever reason you are not satisfied, we would be happy to assist you with a return/refund.

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you received your item(s), we will not offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, and it must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of items are not refundable:

  • Items customized to your requirements
  • Items with engraving
  • Items damaged caused by your improper use
  • Items losses caused by incomplete delivery addresses
  • Items not returned within 30 days of receipt

 

Cancellation Policy

We want your order to be made just the way you want it! Please check the confirmation email carefully after your order is placed – especially the metal material, ring size, engraving spelling, and shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you find something wrong with your order details.

Generally, all items will be sent into production within 12 hours after we receive the payment. Therefore, for cancellations after 24 hours of the purchase time, we will charge a workforce fee and material recycling fee. Please refer to the following table for specific rates:

Returns & Refunds

Notice: Please be aware that our items are made to order – which means we only produce after you place your order. If the item(s) has no quality problems, we will charge a 35% restocking fee(composed of a workforce fee and material recycling fee) for the refunds & returns upon receipt.

Please follow these terms when refunding:

  • Please contact us at [service@lisajewelryus.com] to submit your refund request.
  • Our return and exchange policy does not apply to unique, accidental, or random damage due to use or wear and tear.
  • Customized items, such as sizes marked as a custom size, changes to the stones, personalized engravings, added custom curvature services, and other purchaser-requested modifications, are non-refundable.
  • Items sent to you as Replacement/Exchange are not refundable.
  • Such returns are at all times governed by the provisions of the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act of the U.S.
  • All decisions made by LisaJewelryUS are final.

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection.

If approved, a refund will automatically be applied to your original payment method.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund, please get in touch with your credit card company or bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If your bank is unable to access the information, please contact us again.

 

Exchanges

If you would like to change items for personal reasons, please refer to the following rules:

  • Our items are made to orders according to the customer’s choice of ring size, metal material, metal color, etc., so if customers want to exchange or return the product for non-quality issues, we are required to charge a restocking fee of 35% for the purchase price. After the restocking fee is deducted, the remaining is available as store credit.
  • An order can only be exchanged one time.
  • If the value of the exchanged item(s) is higher than your store credit, you will be required to pay the price difference.
  • If the value of the exchanged item(s) is less than your store credit, there will be no refund.

 

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please contact us at [service@lisajewelryus.com] for the return address.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs when returning your item if the item(s) do not have quality issues. If your address is out of the United States the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

NOTICE: Please use a trackable shipping service when you return the item(s), we do not process returns without a tracking number.
