1. The campaign starts from 12:00 AM PST on November 19, 2024, to 11:59 PM PST on December 5, 2024.
2. Any online customer who purchases on the official website (https://lisajewelryus.com) during the period, regardless of the value of the order, will be automatically entered into the campaign.
3. Any purchases made outside of the official website are not eligible.
4. LisaJewelryUS will contact the winners via our official email (service@lisajewelryus.com). If the lucky winner does not reply within 48 hours after receiving the verification email, he/she will be regarded as automatically giving up the chance of a full refund.
5. After receiving your verification email, we’ll process a full refund for your order. We can only refund the money to your original payment method.
6. LisaJewelryUS will never ask winners to pay for any fee to redeem a full refund. Please double-check any contact claiming as LisaJewelryUS to avoid being a victim of fraud or scams.
7. We will not refund shipping costs for winners who order with non-US shipping addresses.
8. Each customer has only one chance to win a full refund.
