How do I determine my wedding band size?
We offer a free ring sizing guide to ensure a perfect fit.
To find out the ring size you need, here are three ways to go:
- 1) If you already have a ring that fits perfectly: measure the inside diameter and the bandwidth by placing a ruler either on top of the ring or underneath it. Then, take some photos according to the attachments for our reference.
- Purchase a metallic ring size gauge on Amazon. After finding the one that fits perfectly, please follow method 1 to take some photos for our reference.
- Visit a jeweler for the sizing. Please ask them about the bandwidth they usually use, as the width will affect the ring sizes.
It’s important to measure when your fingers are warm and not swollen or cold.
Can I engrave a message on my wedding band?
Yes. Add a personal touch with a name, date, or short message. Our engraving service is available on most band styles at checkout.
How do I adjust the curvature of a curved wedding band?
Choose “Custom Fit – Yes” when you order.
Send us three photos of your existing engagement ring (top view, side view, profile) and six simple measurements (center-stone length & width, gallery-rail height, band thickness, band-width-min & band-width-max).
Our designers create a 3-D CAD model, tweak the curvature so the new band nests snugly against your ring, and email the render to you for approval before we craft the piece.
