We provide a one-year free warranty covering common issues such as loose prongs, dislodged center stones, and lost or damaged side stones. We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for eligible items in their original, unused condition. Because our pieces are made to order, non-quality-related returns or exchanges may be subject to a 35% restocking fee.
